Financial Aid

Financial Aid awards may be used to purchase any merchandise in the Bookstore during the charging period. All students must show a valid student or picture ID in order to use financial aid in the bookstore. Student ID is required to make all online purchases. Students are responsible for the costs of books and supplies once the student’s designated financial aid amount has been exceeded. No refunds for laptops, general college supplies, codes, snacks, etc.

Shipping Policies

Georgia Piedmont Technical College Bookstore strives to accurately and professionally prepare shipments Monday – Friday within 24-48 hours after receiving an online order.
All shipments must have a valid home address, as we do not ship to PO boxes. Typically, customers receive their online order within 3 – 5 business days.

Returns

All textbooks must be accompanied by a student ID and current original receipt from the Bookstore in order to get a full refund or exchange and must be returned in the same condition as it was purchased; for example; new, shrink-wrapped unopened. Refunds are given only at the campus where you bought your books and in your original form of payment. A restocking fee may apply if returned after the refund deadline. Access codes are not refundable if open or scratched. Damaged or soiled books will be refunded at the used book price however must be in resalable condition. Additionally, used books must be in resalable condition for refund or exchange.

All orders must be picked up before the refund deadline. Unclaimed orders will be returned to stock and are subject to a restocking fee.

Please note: Banks may take 7-21 days to post debit/credit card refunds to your account.
Not Refundable: Discounted books, Lab Supplies, Test Preps, School Supplies, Electronics, Clothing, Laptops, etc.
