Purchaser must have a current, valid GPTC student ID number and email address and a valid ship-to address – items will NOT be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
Any orders with different bill-to and ship-to addresses may be delayed for verification.
Orders are shipped via UPS ground rates (starting at $19) and usually ship within 24 hours (excluding holidays, weekends, and/or cases of inclement weather).

Fall 2025 Semester PELL, Scholarship & 3rd Party availability in the Bookstore:
August 11 - September 2, 2025
PELL awards may be used to purchase any merchandise in the Bookstore during the charging period with a Student ID.

Refunds/exchanges on textbooks only are available within 7 days from the date of purchase. Must have original receipt for refunds or exchanges.
NO REFUNDS- for laptops, accessories, electronics, general merchandise, codes, snacks, clothing, etc.
